Blizzard Entertainment learned several lessons from the feedback given in Diablo 4’s beta tests and made some changes to the game. The changes include alterations to the game’s fonts, more interesting, well-structured dungeons as well as class changes. The game development company made these changes as part of its plans for the game’s final launch.

Blizzard has implemented the feedback given by beta testers, which prompted the changes to the classes. The Barbarian and Druid received some early game help, as suggested by the beta testers. But it wasn’t just these classes that got some changes. Let’s take a closer look at the changes that have been made;

Barbarian
• 10% passive damage reduction has been added to the class. Skill Tree passives that had damage reduction effects were reduced to compensate for this.

• The Double Swing Skill Enhancement refunds its full Fury cost when used on Stunned or Knocked Down enemies.

Druid
• Companion Skills will deal more damage.
• All Ultimate Skills have had their cooldowns reduced.
• Maul and Pulverize have received some usability improvements.
• Using a non-Shapeshifting Skill will transform a Druid back into their human form.

Necromancer
• Summoned Minions will die more frequently, requiring players to use Corpses more often.
• Many bonuses in the Book of the Dead have increased stats.
• The damage dealt by the Corpse Explosion skill is reduced.
• The brightness of the Skeletal Warriors and Mages is reduced.

Rogue
• Upgrades for Subterfuge Skills and multiple passive Skills have had their bonuses increased.
• All Imbuement Skills have had their cooldowns increased.

Sorcerer
• Charged Bolt’s damage has increased, and the Mana cost to cast has decreased.
• The damage of Chain Lightning has decreased, and its effectiveness against Bosses reduced.
• The cooldown of the Incinerate Skill’s Enchantment bonus is decreased.
• Firewalls now spawn underneath enemies more frequently when using its Enchantment bonus.
• The Lucky Hit chance for the Meteor Skill’s Enchantment bonus has increased.

Based on the feedback from the beta testers, Diablo 4 has received these significant class upgrades. Blizzard has learned from the feedback given and implemented changes that will make the game more enjoyable, interesting, and meet the expectations of players. The game is set to launch with these changes in place, and gamers everywhere are excited to continue the adventure within the world of Diablo 4.
