Blizzard’s upcoming action role-playing game, Diablo 4, is set to launch soon and gamers can now brace themselves for the confirmed PC system requirements. According to a post on Blizzard’s official website, there are four spec tiers that gamers should be aware of. The specs are based on data collected from the Early Access and Open Beta weekends.

The post also highlights that all tiers require an SSD with at least 90GB of available space, so gamers should be prepared to make space on their PC. Additionally, gamers who are aiming to play Diablo 4 in 4K quality will need to have a whopping 32GB of RAM.

The four spec tiers are as follows:

– Minimum Spec Requirements: These settings are to run Diablo 4 at 1080p native resolution/720p render resolution, low graphics settings, and 30fps. Gamers will need an operating system (OS) of 64-bit Windows 10 version 1909 or newer, an Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD FX-8350 processor, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R9 280 graphics, DirectX Version 12, an SSD with 90GB of available space, and a broadband connection.

– Medium Spec Requirements: These settings are to run Diablo 4 at 1080p resolution, medium graphics settings, and 60fps. Gamers will need an OS of 64-bit Windows 10 version 1909 or newer, an Intel Core i5-4670K or AMD Ryzen 1300X processor, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 470 graphics, DirectX Version 12, an SSD with 90GB of available space, and a broadband connection.

– High Spec Requirements: These settings are to run Diablo 4 at 1080p resolution, high graphics settings, and 60fps. Gamers will need an OS of 64-bit Windows 10 version 1909 or newer, an Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 2700X processor, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics, DirectX Version 12, an SSD with 90GB of available space, and a broadband connection.

– Ultra 4K Spec Requirements: These settings are to run Diablo 4 at 4K resolution, ultra graphics settings, and 60fps. Gamers will need an OS of 64-bit Windows 10 version 1909 or newer, an Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X processor, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series for fully supported DLSS3 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT graphics, DirectX Version 12, an SSD with 90GB of available space, and a broadband connection.

Blizzard also added that Diablo 4 will be able to run on hardware below the minimum specifications, including HDDs, dual-core CPUs, and Integrated GPUs. However, there is a risk that the game experience will be significantly diminished.

So, gamers, brace yourselves for the high-performance requirements of the Diablo 4 PC system, especially if you want to play in 4K quality. Make sure to have the necessary specifications and a broadband connection, as Diablo 4 promises to be an engrossing gaming experience that you won’t want to miss.
