Diablo 4 has introduced a number of new features, many of them subtle, but significant. One of the most requested and essential features introduced in Diablo 4 is the ability to leave a dungeon exit without having to retrace steps or finding portals.
In previous Diablo games, this process annoyed many players, but in Diablo 4, it’s a breeze. Exiting a dungeon is no longer a hassle, and here’s how to do it:

- Firstly, playing through and defeat the boss lying in wait at the end of the dungeon
- Collect all the loot inside the boss’s lair. However, it doesn’t appear as though you have the option to leave – that’s where this trick comes in.
- Open your ‘Chat Wheel,’ and you’ll find a new “Leave Dungeon” option added – located on the left side of the Chat Wheel.
- Click on the ‘Leave Dungeon’ option and press the confirm button to leave successfully.
Although the ‘Leave Dungeon’ option is a game-changer, it may not be available to players in certain circumstances. This usually happens in main story quests where the player must seek their way back to the entrance manually.
