Get Batman: Arkham Knight Free on PS5 Before Its Too Late

As part of Sony’s PlayStation Plus Collection program, PS5 users who subscribe to PlayStation Plus have been able to have access to a library of PS4’s biggest games. This includes Bloodborne, God of War, and Batman: Arkham Knight, which is overlooked by many people. However, this perk will no longer be available starting from May 9th.

The conclusion of Rocksteady Studios’ Batman trilogy, Arkham Knight features incredible gameplay, plenty of variety, and a tribute to past Batman stories. There’s an absurd amount of things to do, making it tough to get bored. The gameplay also has many features from past entries such as a satisfying FreeFlow combat system, Batman’s extensive arsenal of gadgets, and new features like the Voice Synthesizer and Dual Play feature.

The Batmobile in Arkham Knight is the most obvious new feature. It serves as a powerful tank that can be driven around the city, a fun addition that adds much more variety. Driving the Batmobile makes you feel like a powerhouse, as nearly everything you crash into absolutely crumbles upon contact. While Batmobile segments are arguably overdone, there’s no denying how much fun it is to wreak havoc from inside the cockpit of Batman’s iconic vehicle.

The base game itself is rich in content and almost overwhelming to do, but additional content is available in the form of DLC, adding character skins, additional Challenge maps, Batmobile races, and several new story episodes. The best aspect is the wild lineup of costumes, which is pulled from comics and films, including the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight Batman suit, the Tumbler Batmobile skin, and costumes and Batmobile skins from the Tim Burton movie and the Adam West series from the 1960s.

Rocksteady is currently working on Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which is due out in 2024. Therefore, you should download Batman: Arkham Knight from the PS Plus Collection before it goes away on May 9.
