Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for the month of May. Three games, namely GRID Legends, Chivalry 2, and Descenders, will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers from May 2 until June 6.
GRID Legends, available on PS4 and PS5, is a high-stakes driving experience that features a thrilling and unpredictable motorsport, immersive narrative and an engrossing racing story. It also includes fly-on-the-wall documentary footage that captures every moment of the game, bringing the player at the heart of the action. The game features a world-class cast, including Ncuti Gatwa in a ground-breaking extended reality production.
Chivalry 2, also available on PS4 and PS5, is a multiplayer first-person slasher game that takes place in a medieval battlefield. The game allows players to experience iconic moments of the medieval era. Players can choose from four classes and twelve subclasses, each with different unique weapons and abilities. The game also features a stunning 64-player cinematic battles, and it runs at 4K at 60fps on PS5.
Finally, Descenders is a fast-paced extreme downhill biking game, available on PS4, that is easy to pick up but difficult to master. The game features an in-depth physics system that allows players to control every subtle movement of their rider. It also includes different jumps, slopes and hillbombs with procedurally generated levels that change every time you play. The game has a Rep system where players can earn new bikes and threads as they progress.
Remember, April’s Monthly Games will be available to download until May 1, so be sure to add Meet Your Maker, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, and Tails of Iron to your game library if you haven’t done so already.
